Try the complete process
  1. Customer: fill the sample enquiry, choose dates, and send it.
  2. Manager: choose Blaine or Colten and place the request on hold.
  3. Manager: mark the pretend 50% deposit received, then confirm.
  4. Customer: watch the request status and available guide counts update.
  5. Manager: cancel the booking to reopen those dates, or block/open a guide’s dates.

You can open Customer and Manager in separate tabs, or use Both views to watch changes together. A second private party can use the other guide on the same dates.
